This policy explains what personal data FUTSplash collects when you use the website and the browser extension, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. FUTSplash (71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) is the data controller.
Your account. Your name, email address and password, or, if you sign in with Google, the name, email address and account identifier Google shares with us (never your Google password). The password is stored only as a one-way hash, so nobody can read it back. We also keep your time zone, which your browser tells the dashboard (or you choose on your account page), so your day's figures start at your midnight.
How you found us. If you tell us how you found FUTSplash, or enter a creator code, when you sign up or on your dashboard, we keep it with your account. If you arrive by a link that carries a creator code or a campaign tag, or from another website, the website's sign-up button carries that on to the sign-up form (in the link itself), and we keep it with your account if you sign up. No cookie is used for this.
Sending the link to your computer. On a phone, you can ask us to email you the link to add FUTSplash on a computer. We use the address only to send that email, through our email delivery provider, and don't save it to an account or a mailing list. To stop the same address being sent it again and again, we keep a one-way hash of it for 24 hours.
Your EA account. When the extension runs, it sends an identifier for the EA account that is signed in to the Web App, which we store as a one-way hash, and whether you play on console or PC. We use them to price the right market and to enforce one EA account per subscription. We never receive your EA password, email address or payment details.
How you use the extension. While the bot runs: your run settings, the searches it makes, the cards and prices it sees, what it buys, lists and sells and for how much, the coin budget it works to, and timings used for the safety meter. On the website's Tide page you can rest a card from your runs for a few hours: we keep the cards you choose to rest and until when, and delete each one within a day of its rest ending.
The SBC solver. When you ask it to solve a challenge, the extension sends the challenge's requirements and the cards it may use from your club and SBC storage: each card's item and card identifiers, rating, nation, league, club and positions, and whether it is untradeable, a duplicate or in storage. We use them to work out the squad and don't keep them. When you submit a squad in the Web App, the extension sends the challenge and the cards in it, which we keep and show to other users as a community solution. We record which account submitted it first, but never show that to anyone.
The Gallery solver. When you use it, the extension sends us, for the EA account signed in (stored as a one-way hash), which cards of a set you've collected and EA's score for each, as EA answers when you open a set or read your Gallery, and which cards you were the first owner of: from your club, from the cards the Web App shows you, or as you mark them. We keep them to grade and plan your sets. A Gallery buy is a run like any other: its searches and buys are kept as run activity.
Billing. Payments are handled by Whop. We receive your Whop member and subscription identifiers, the subscription's status and its renewal or end date, but never your card details. We keep a history of these changes (a trial started, a payment made or failed, a cancellation), with the amounts.
Telegram notifications. If you connect Telegram on your dashboard's Notifications page, we keep your Telegram chat identifier and username, which notifications you switched on, and a record of which ones we sent, so none is sent twice. If you add cards to your Watchlist, we keep each card, its market and your price. Telegram delivers the messages, which can include your cards, prices and profits. Disconnect on the dashboard, or send /stop to the bot, and we delete the chat identifier and username.
Discord. Our Discord server is run on Discord, and the Pro role is given by Whop's Discord app when you connect your Discord account on Whop. Discord and Whop handle that under their own privacy policies; we don't receive your Discord account details.
Technical data. Your IP address, the extension's version, the days you use the extension and request times, used to keep the Service secure, limit abuse, fix faults and count how many people use it.
Website visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to this website's public pages (which page, the site you came from, your country and type of device) without cookies and without identifying you. We also count clicks on "Add to Chrome", as a total per day, and per creator code, campaign or website the click came by.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the Service:
We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, it is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
This website sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security cookie that protects forms. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without setting any. The extension works inside the EA Web App page and keeps a few things in that page's storage in your browser (for www.ea.com): its sign-in token, your settings (sound settings included), the cards you excluded from the SBC solver, your Gallery choices with a copy of the Gallery's sets, your listings still for sale from recent runs and any report about them not yet sent to us, so their sales are reported, and whether it has asked you to rate it on the Chrome Web Store. Clearing your browser's site data for www.ea.com removes them and signs the extension out.
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Contact support@futsplash.com to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
The Service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
We will update this policy when what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email subscribers about material changes.
