These terms govern your use of FUTSplash: the browser extension, this website and the account that connects them (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean FUTSplash, of 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
FUTSplash is a browser extension for the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Web App. It runs in your own browser, inside your own signed-in Web App session, and carries out the actions you set up: searching the transfer market, buying, listing and tracking sales, along with price data, filters, and SBC and Gallery solvers. It never asks for your EA password.
FUTSplash is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC and FC Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.
EA does not permit third-party automation of the Web App. Using the Service can lead EA to restrict, suspend or ban your EA account, including bans from the transfer market, and EA may change the Web App at any time in a way that stops the Service working. You use the Service at your own risk. Read our safety page before you start.
We are not responsible for any action EA takes against your account, or for the loss of coins, items, packs or progress, and such action is not a reason for a refund.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is lawful where you live.
Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Accounts are personal: don't share, sell or transfer them.
One subscription runs on one EA account at a time. The Service refuses a second EA account while another is running on the same subscription, and we may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being shared.
FUTSplash has one plan, Pro, at £9.99 a month or £99.90 a year. What it includes is described on our pricing page. Without an active subscription or trial, an account can sign in but every feature stays locked.
New customers get a 24-hour free trial. A payment card is required to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the card is charged for the plan you chose and the subscription continues. The trial is offered once per customer.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
We may change the features of the plan or its price. A price change applies from your next renewal after we have told you about it, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
Subscriptions are sold through Whop (whop.com): it takes the payment, calculates and collects any VAT or sales tax due and pays it to the tax authorities, issues receipts and handles chargebacks. Buying through Whop means agreeing to Whop's own terms as well. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prices, profit estimates, market readings and suggestions in the Service are estimates drawn from market data that changes all the time. They can be wrong or out of date. We don't guarantee any profit, sale or result.
The Service, including the extension, its code, design and the data we produce, belongs to us or our licensors. While your account is in good standing we give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own use under these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and changes EA makes to the Web App can stop features working until we update them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of coins, items, in-game progress or access to your EA account.
You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. If we close the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell subscribers about material changes by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any rights the law where you live gives you.
